These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website tenlivesmedia.com and any services provided by Ten Lives Media, LLC (“XLM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Ten Lives Media is a B2B sales enablement consultancy. We provide strategic diagnostic services, sales enablement systems, AI-powered creative production, content strategy, and digital sales room architecture for B2B companies.
Our services are designed for business professionals and organizations. We do not provide services to individuals for personal, family, or household purposes.
All service engagements begin with the XL Opportunity Blueprint, a paid strategic diagnostic. The Blueprint is a standalone deliverable. If you choose to proceed to ongoing services, the Blueprint fee credits toward your first engagement.
Ongoing partnerships are structured as monthly retainer engagements with a minimum commitment period outlined in your specific service agreement. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment for each engagement are documented in a written proposal or statement of work before any work begins.
We reserve the right to decline engagements where we do not believe we can deliver meaningful results for your situation.
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement or proposal. General terms include:
We accept payment via bank transfer, ACH, or credit card. Specific payment methods will be outlined in your service agreement.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your engagement, including strategic documents, creative assets, video content, and sales enablement materials. This includes content produced using AI tools as part of our service delivery.
Ten Lives Media retains ownership of our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, processes, templates, and tools — including the XL Growth Suite architecture, diagnostic frameworks, and any reusable systems developed in the course of delivering services. These may be used across client engagements.
Some deliverables may include content produced with artificial intelligence tools, including AI video spokespeople, AI-assisted copywriting, and AI-generated creative assets. Ownership of final AI-generated deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, consistent with the Work Product terms above. We make no representations regarding copyright protection of AI-generated content, as this area of law is evolving.

In the course of our engagement, both parties may share confidential business information. We treat all client information — including sales data, pipeline details, competitive intelligence, and strategic plans — as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your written consent.
We may reference the existence of a client relationship in general terms (such as industry and company size range) for marketing purposes, but we will not use your company name, logos, or specific results without your explicit written permission.
Ten Lives Media provides strategic consulting and creative services. While we work to deliver measurable impact on your sales process, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, close rates, or sales cycle reductions. Results depend on many factors including your team’s execution, market conditions, and product-market fit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ten Lives Media’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all completed deliverables and work-in-progress materials. Fees for work completed through the termination date are due in full.
The XL Opportunity Blueprint, once initiated, is non-refundable as the research and diagnostic work begins immediately upon engagement.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the parties agree to mediation administered by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or litigation in the courts of the State of Wisconsin, Milwaukee County.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
